Visiting supporters are seated in the Vitality East Stand in Blocks 21–24 and enter through Turnstile F. AFC Bournemouth’s current away supporter guide confirms these are the designated visiting sections.
Turnstiles generally open 90 minutes before kick-off, so arriving with plenty of time gives you a chance to find the correct entrance without rushing.
Pokesdown is the closest railway station to the Vitality Stadium and is generally the most convenient option for away fans arriving by train.
The walk from Pokesdown takes you along Christchurch Road towards Kings Park, passing pubs, cafés and places to eat on the way.
Bournemouth railway station is another option, particularly for supporters arriving on longer-distance services. The walk to the stadium is longer, although buses and taxis are also available.
One important accessibility point is that Pokesdown station is not wheelchair accessible, so supporters with mobility requirements may find Bournemouth station more suitable.
Christchurch Road through Pokesdown and Boscombe is the main area to look at if you want a drink before the match.

It is on Christchurch Road and within walking distance of the stadium, making it a straightforward option if you want a pre-match drink without worrying about whether away supporters will be admitted.
The Bell

The Bell sits almost directly opposite Pokesdown station, so it is particularly convenient for supporters arriving by train.
It shows live sport and has a beer garden, pub food, pool and darts. Away-day guides also regularly highlight it as a useful option for visiting fans.
Admission policies can change depending on the fixture, so it is still worth checking ahead if you are wearing club colours.

If you are arriving early, Christchurch Road has independent cafés and bakeries that work particularly well for breakfast or an early kick-off.
For something more substantial, Q Sports Bar serves casual food, while The Bell offers pub food. There are also plenty of takeaways and cafés between Pokesdown and Boscombe.

Parking around Kings Park is limited, so we would strongly recommend deciding where you intend to leave the car before travelling.
The South Car Park beside the stadium is one of the closest options, but spaces are limited and it can fill well before kick-off.

Parking is also available in Boscombe, while some supporters choose to park slightly further away and walk to the ground.

Avoid relying on residential roads immediately around Kings Park. Several streets have restrictions, and matchday enforcement operates in the area.
Official away coaches have designated arrangements at the stadium, with visiting coach parking shown beside the south-east side of the ground close to the away section.
If you are travelling with your club’s official coach service, follow the information provided by your club because arrival and departure arrangements can vary by fixture.
The Vitality Stadium is one of the more compact grounds in the Premier League, with supporters relatively close to the pitch.
Away supporters sit in the East Stand, giving the visiting section a close view of the action rather than feeling separated high above or behind the rest of the stadium.
