Set on the lower ground floor, the pop-up promises a cosy spot to browse handmade stalls and discover something a little more personal for your Christmas present pile.
The organisers are putting the emphasis on smaller, thoughtfully curated pop-ups this season, with local businesses selling directly to shoppers. For anyone hoping to find an individual gift while supporting independent makers, it’s a useful stop to add to a town centre shopping trip.
Craft workshops are also part of the plans, with junk journalling mentioned in the launch announcement. Individual workshop dates and booking details have yet to be shared.
Alongside the shopping and creativity, South Coast Makers will be shining a light on its chosen charities, Michael House and We Are Humans Bournemouth. That community focus is part of the thinking behind the pop-up, bringing local enterprise and good causes into the same space.
The Tiny Makers Pop Up takes place on 28 - 29 November, 5 - 6 December, 12 - 13 December and 19 - 20 December, on the lower ground floor of Bobby’s Emporium, Bournemouth. Opening hours are 10am - 5.30pm on Saturdays and 10.30am - 4pm on Sundays.
