Revival Wellness Café brings together three of the biggest café flavours of the moment with its Pistachio Vanilla Matcha.
Pistachio introduces a mellow nuttiness, while vanilla should soften matcha’s naturally earthy flavour. The result promises to be sweeter and more approachable than a traditional matcha latte without moving completely into dessert territory.
It is an especially fitting drink for Revival. Été is a wellness-led café inspired by the slower rhythm of French summers. Its menu centres on nourishing food and drink, including cold-pressed juices, open toasts, protein pots, coffee and naturally sweet treats.
We feel like the best way to enjoy it is not hurriedly collected between errands, but as part of a leisurely breakfast or lunch in Westbourne.

Banana should introduce a mellow sweetness and naturally creamy quality, producing something closer to a lightly tropical drink. It is an interesting alternative for anyone who has already tried the familiar strawberry, blueberry and vanilla combinations.
Cirqle describes itself as an Amazon-inspired café and bar, serving colourful flavoured matchas, indulgent milkshakes and brunch dishes during the day. Its current selection also includes strawberry, blueberry and white-chocolate matchas, but banana is the flavour most likely to make us stop and ask what it tastes like.
