Bournevaria Oktoberfest is the biggest Oktoberfest celebration on the South Coast. Located in the Windsor Hall at the Bournemouth International Centre in Bournemouth, the event is held every September. The event is a chance to enjoy German tradition and is set in the Bavarian-themed beer hall at the BIC. Bournevaria Oktoberfest is expected to return to Bournemouth International Centre in September 2026, transforming one of the venue’s halls into a lively Bavarian-style beer hall.
Recognised as one of the South Coast’s largest indoor Oktoberfest celebrations, the event traditionally combines German beer, Bavarian-inspired food, live oompah music and audience participation. Visitors are encouraged to embrace the theme with lederhosen, dirndls and plenty of dancing as the venue recreates the energetic atmosphere associated with Germany’s famous autumn festival.
The official 2026 dates, sessions and ticket options have not yet been announced. This page will be updated when Bournemouth International Centre releases further information.
Tickets are traditionally sold for individual afternoon and evening sessions, with standard admission and student prices available.
Previous events have also offered group packages that included reserved seating, food and drink vouchers. Entry has been restricted to adults aged 18 and over, with photographic identification required where appropriate.
